For the unversed, Mike Vrabel was the head coach of the Tennessee Titans from 2018 to 2023, before joining the New England Patriots. Mike was fired by the Titans owner, Amy Adams Strunk, after the Titans posted a 6-11 record in 2023. Ahead of his firing, the team faced a major blow when star player, A.J. Brown was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles during the NFL draft in 2022.
It was then-NFL insider, Dianna Russini, who first broke the big news. Now that her alleged affair with Dianna Russini is out in the public, social media users believed that it was Mike Vrabel who allegedly helped Dianna with the inside information. Back then, Dianna shared that A.J. Brown had cut off communications with everyone from the Titans. She revealed that Brown wanted guaranteed money close to USD 80 million. Dianna’s report can be read as:
“I was told (Brown) cut off communications with his position coach [Rob Moore] and the rest of the coaching staff. After multiple conversations with sources close to Brown and the Titans, Brown wanted guaranteed money close to USD 80 million. By the way, I was told this was after he requested a trade from the Titans.”

Amid the fiasco, a few days back, an old interview featuring Dianna and Mike resurfaced online. In the now-viral clip, Dianna was seen interviewing Mike, who had joined the Patriots as the head coach at the time.
While their interview needed to be entirely professional, it soon turned into something very personal. In the video, Dianna stated how Mike’s wife is a great athlete. Mike was quick to join in and said, “Used to be.” Then Dianna asked Mike which sport he thinks his wife, Jen, could beat him in. In response, Mike said ping pong, and the duo laughed out loud.

Shortly after the old interview featuring Dianna and Mike surfaced online, radio host, Jim Rome called out the duo for their unprofessional attitude. He slammed them for showing guts in bringing up Jen Vrabel during their conversation in a professional setup. He also addressed the alleged affair buzz between Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel. The radio host was quoted as saying:
“What are you thinking there? What are we doing here? How can you go there? How can you be unaware of the possibility? She brings up his wife. How can you be unaware of the possibility? How can you do that? One clip in which you both look absolutely horrible. I mean, there are all kinds of messed up. And two, how can you be so unaware? Because at this point, the two of them were carrying on. And she brings up his wife? That’s the type of thing that has commenters saying, ‘See you both in hell.'”
